ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Jury selection is expected to begin Monday in the murder trial of an Albany man charged in the brutal stabbing death of a 23-year old woman.

Extra Lee County deputies are expected to be in the courtroom for the trial of Craig Johnson. Investigators believe he stabbed Nicole Judge nearly 50 times February 28th, 2008 at her Winding Way Apartment in Lee County.

Her one year old daughter was inside the apartment and wasn't discovered until a day later.
