ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Cedric the Entertainer is in Albany right now getting ready for his performance at the Civic Center.
The popular comedian and actor arrived in Albany around lunchtime. Cedric Antonio Kyles, his real name, is well-known as the co-star of the "The Steve Harvey Show" and for his role as Eddie in "The Barbershop" films.
He says his act will cover all sorts of topics from politics and current events to entertainment.
"I love the home energy, the home town," said Cedric the Entertainer. "It's good to be back."
The performance starts at 8:00 tonight and tickets are still available. You can also attend an after-party at the Hilton Garden Inn for $15.00.
