Funeral directors come to Albany to learn more

Albany- If America wages war, casualties are unstoppable. Funeral directors from across Georgia came to Albany to learned how to handle a soldiers burial.

The funeral directors learned how to present a soldier's body to his or her family. The directors also received additional training on the proper care of any decreased person.

Michael Fowler works at Poteet Funeral Home, and he says extra training is always needed.

Fowler adds, "These seminars are essential. You learn more about your field, and therefore you can provide better service to the customer."

The funeral directors must received yearly training to remain certified.
