Ben Hill County, GA (WALB) -   One of two Ben Hill County escapees is back behind bars after a man found him Wednesday morning hiding in his shed.

20-year-old Dillion Spencer was found just before 9:00AM near the intersection of Highway 182 and Union Cemetery Road. That's near a command post that had been set up after the escapes.

Investigators say Spencer had a tote bag of clothes and food, and they plan to charge him with burglary.

The man who escaped with him Monday 25-year-old James Villers remains at large. Investigators have charged his brother William Villers his wife Kelly, Jacqueline Tanner, and Josh Sagar-Francis with party to a crime and hindering apprehension for helping drive the men around.

Sheriff Bobby McLemore says he believes Villers has a leg injury and is facing drug charges for bringing marijuana into the jail over the weekend.

Both men were sentenced to serve time in state prison but hadn't been transferred.
