ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An Albany man will spend the next 20 years behind bars for killing his accomplice while committing an armed robbery in an East Albany trailer park.

25-year-old Dramoskie Perkins plead guilty to armed robbery and manslaughter charges yesterday, and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Prosecutors say Perkins shot his friend, 23-year-old Antonio Daniels, in the back of the head with a shotgun while they were robbing several people at the Georgian Mobile Home Estates on Cordele Road.

A mistrial was declared in Perkins' first murder trial, when a juror fired a shotgun at this pizza box to study the shot pattern, and then brought the pizza box to the jury room and showed it to other members of the panel.
