Thomasville-- A grocery store is shut down for more than six hours because of an attempted burglary.
The Winn Dixie in Thomasville was surrounded by crime scene tape after a worker heard noises in her office at four Thursday morning. Investigators believe the suspects came through the roof after closing time Wednesday night.
A Special Response Team searched the store and crawl spaces, but did not find anyone.
Police do not have strong leads, and nothing appear to be stolen.
