ALBANY, GA (WALB) - More than a hundred kids got to partake in a magical experience this afternoon, complete with Cinderella, superman and Dorothy from the Wizard of OZ.
The Albany museum of Art held its 3rd Annual Museum Fairy Tales and Fables event for local kids.
This years theme was Jack in the Bean Stalk..and more than 125 kids enjoyed an afternoon of face painting, spin art and even a puppet show.
"This year we've changed it up a little bit this is our 3rd year, in the past we've had a sit down tea party this year we kind of made it follow the yellow brick road going to all the different activities and I think we've a had a great turn out," said Jennifer Walden, a volunteer with the Albany Museum of Arts.
Event organizers are hoping to have raised between 5,000 and 7,000 dollars for the museum.
