Albany-- A Sylvester woman goes on trial in Albany for a shotgun killing 20 years ago.

Forty-seven-year-old Tonie Holton is charged with killing her husband's ex-wife, Debra Holton in September 1982. Debra was five months pregnant when she was killed.

Tonie Holton told Police the two were struggling over a sawed-off shotgun when it went off.

The district attorney says there is new evidence in the 20 year old case. A jury was seated Monday morning, and opening statements in the trial were made late this afternoon.
