Ashburn- The scene at the Pink Panther Club in Ashburn was very tragic Friday night. Witnesses heard gunshots in the club and immediately ran from the building. Willis Jordan of Fitzgerald was dead when police arrived.

It was completely dark inside the bar, making it hard for witnesses to see what happened. Now, police are trying to find a killer with little information. Reginald Dunnom was standing close to Jordan when he was shot and police questioned him Saturday.

His mother, Dorothy Grimes, says she knows her son had nothing to do with the shooting, and she says more should be done to make clubs like this safe.

Reginald Dunnom says he knew of Willis Jordon, but was not close friends with him. He says he hopes Ashburn authorities can find the killer who is still on the run.

If you have any information about this murder, please contact the Ashburn Police Department at (229)567-2323.
