ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A slower economy doesn't appear to be having an effect on the Sunbelt Ag Expo.
Organizers are plowing ahead to line up vendors for the event now. They say they have 90-percent occupancy for the October show and 96-percent of the outside space has been filled.
More than 1,200 exhibitors should be in place for the three day event starting October 20th.
Organizers say soaring gas prices kept some people away last year and they hope for bigger crowds this year.
