ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Lee County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate how an ATV crashed Sunday night, killing one brother and sending the other to the hospital.

Twenty-one year-old Justin Moye was killed when the ATV driven by his 17-year old brother Jake crashed in a wooded area off Graves Springs Road. It happened more than 400 feet off the road, and it was difficult for emergency personnel to reach the brothers once they got a call for help.

"One of the individuals that was on the four wheeler used a cell phone to make the 911 call," said Major Chris Owens, Lee Couty Sheriff's Office.

Jake Moye, a senior at Lee County High School, was treated for injuries and released from Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
