CAIRO, GA (WALB) - Last season Cairo and Bainbridge had to cancel a football game against each other thanks to Hurricane Fay.

Saturday night was a game one year in the making and it was worth the wait.

Bainbridge jumped out to a 16-0 lead in the 2nd quarter but Cairo would rally.

The Syrupmakers put up 13 unanwsered but the comeback stopped there as Bainbridge won 16-13.

Kicker Keenan Adams proved to be the difference maker for Bainbridge.

He went 3 for 3 on field goals including a 52 yarder.
