Albany- The Delta Delta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated held a vigil Thursday night for the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

King was a member of the fraternity. Members say they honor his legacy of service and commitment to equality for all people.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity is currently raising money to build a Martin Luther King, Jr. monument in Washington, D.C. within the next two or three years.
