ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A local church is celebrating 50 years and at the same time sending an importance message about healthy living.
Today Evangelical Faith Vision Ministries held a free community health fair and homecoming Picnic in honor of the church's 50th anniversary.
Dozens came out to get more information from local organizations pertaining to woman's health, fitness and safety.
"We want to deal with just inviting everyone out to come and get information from our local resources that have a lot to offer that some people might not know about," said Bobbie Strutchen with Evangelical Faith Vision Ministries.
The health fair was part of a week-long homecoming celebration. The celebration wraps up tomorrow.
