Cook County - A large crowd is expected to turn out for Tuesday night's Cook County Commission meeting, so they're changing the meeting location. The issue so many are concerned about is the development of a racetrack in Cecil.
The meetings are usually held at the County Commission office, but to accommodate the large crowd, Tuesday night's meeting will be in the Cook County Courthouse.
The opposition has brought in a specialist from South Carolina to speak on the negative aspects of the racetrack. The meeting will begin at 6.
