The Bulldogs last season did not get the push on the quarterback from the defensive end position as they have had in previous seasons.
Georgia is hoping a healthy Rod Battle and promising young players like Demarcus Dobbs can provide punch at the position this season.
The coaching staff also believe linebacker Darryl Gamble from Bainbridge can help.
Gamble is expected to line up on the defensive line in passing situations to rush the quarterback.
Gamble is not as big as the average SEC defensive linemen but he is just as strong and that is one weapon he will use to his advantage.
