ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An Albany woman remains hospitalized in fair condition after being hit by a car in a parking lot over the weekend.

Bank teller Janice Dowdy was leaving work at SB&T on East Oglethorpe Boulevard just after noon Saturday.

Police say Tehira Sneed was backing out of a parking space in her Jeep Cherokee and hit Dowdy as she was getting into her car.

Witnesses told police Sneed had a disagreement with Dowdy in the bank earlier and waited for her to leave.

No charges have been filed, but police are still investigating.
