Bank teller Janice Dowdy was leaving work at SB&T on East Oglethorpe Boulevard just after noon Saturday.
Police say Tehira Sneed was backing out of a parking space in her Jeep Cherokee and hit Dowdy as she was getting into her car.
Witnesses told police Sneed had a disagreement with Dowdy in the bank earlier and waited for her to leave.
No charges have been filed, but police are still investigating.
