Albany-- City Commissioner Henry Mathis is having money troubles.
Security Bank and Trust is suing Mathis, claiming that he defaulted on a $2,400 loan. Add in interest, late fees, and legal fees and Mathis now owes more than $3,100. Mathis took out the loan in June of last year.
Neither Mathis or the bank would comment on the lawsuit.
