Southbound Traffic on Liberty Bypass Backed Up - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

Southbound traffic on the Liberty Bypass is backed up from the Jefferson Exit to beyond the North Slappey Exit.  Officials say a car ran off the road and police and EMS are on the scene.  We have a crew on the way right now to cover the accident.
