ALBANY, GA (WALB) - We've also got new details tonight about an ADICA board member who received a $50,000 facade grant from the Inner City Authority, a check written by Don Buie.

We now know within the last few weeks she also received a loan of $100,000 from the city of Albany's Department of Community and Economic Development.

According to court records, LaMo's Management LLC, operated by ADICA board member L'Juana Woods, had a $100,000 loan due to be paid in full to Capitol City Bank by May. Two months later, paperwork was filed giving her a $100,000 loan by community and economic development.

Woods is under scrutiny because she accepted a facade grant from ADICA even though she serves on the ADICA board and her restaurant is located outside the area where those grants are supposed to be spent.
