VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

Two teens were arrested Tuesday for robbery and assault last week in Valdosta.

32-year-old Daniel Taylor was robbed at the parking lot of Taco Bell on Ashley Street last Thursday at 4 a.m.

Police say three teens robbed him after they pretended to need help with their broken down car. Today, Lowndes County deputies spotted the same car, pulled it over with the same three teens inside.

18-year old Malachi Payne along with a 16-year old whose name was not released were arrested and charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.

18-year-old Xavier Brooks ran away and is wanted for armed robbery and assault. Police attribute the arrests to the assistance they received from the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office.
