ALBANY, GA (WALB) - More complaints are filed against a south Georgia contractor charged with fraud last week.

Bert Holland called the Dougherty County Sheriff's Office Tuesday to file his complaint. He showed us receipts for checks amounting to $11,600 which he paid Chris Breasette for work on his home that was never finished.

He said work Breasette did to prepare the garage and home for a new metal roof, caused leaks, the roof was never installed, and he didn't follow city code on a garage he framed in the back yard.

"I called the city myself and they said it had to be 25 feet from this line, backed up so all the money I spent on that was for nothing. I gave him a check for $7,500 for materials and so forth and I got nothing out of it," said Bert Holland, scam victim.

The Sheriff's office is investigating four other complaints about Breasette in addition to the case involving Lawson Industries we told you about last week.

If you've been scammed by Chris Breasette they want you to call the Sheriff's Office at (229) 431-3222.
