ALBANY, GA (WALB) - If you're like a lot of people, you've probably thought about becoming the next lottery millionaire. If you have, you're not alone.
Lottery sales have held strong despite the weakness in the economy. Lottery retailers say that the constant influx of new games draws the customers. And of course, the big jackpots, especially in Mega Millions, really brings them in.

The Georgia Lottery had sales of more than 3 billion dollars from July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009, and it is the only traditional lottery in the U.S. to experience 11 consecutive years of growth in profits.
