Seminole clerk faces criminal charges

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  The assistant city clerk in Donalsonville is charged with felony theft.

34-year-old Kim Odom is accused of stealing money that customers paid the city for utility bills and business licenses.

Police Chief Jimmy Holt says the discrepancy was discovered during an audit of bank deposits.

Odom is out of jail on two thousand dollars bond. She's been fired from her job.
