January 6, 2003

Albany- Virginia Quisenberry claimed she was reprimanded for actions that when committed by male co-workers were ignored.

Timothy Fleming and Mike Quinn represented Quisenberry in her discrimination suit against the Georgia Forestry Commission.

During their investigation, Fleming says he found a number of men who had discriminatory views about women, but there were also many men and women who testified on her behalf.

Fleming says his client will not return to the forestry commission and has relocated to Arizona.
