ASHBURN, GA (WALB) - The search is over for the next head basketball coach at Turner County.
The Turner County Board of Education has announced the hiring of Ken Austin to take over the Rebel program.
Austin takes over for Eric Holland who took the Rebels to three straight final four appearances. Holland resigned this offseason to become the head coach at Tift County.
Austin first served as a head coach at Booker T. Washington High in Atlanta and most recently, served as the head JV Coach and varsity assistant at Peachtree Ridge High in Gwinnett County.
