ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The South Georgia Wildcats are hoping to get back to full strength.

The Wildcats have lost three games in a row and have been playing short handed after injuries to several key players.

The good news for the Wildcats is they're coming off a bye week and Head Coach Rodney Blackshear says with the exception of Tito Hannah and Victor Mann everybody should be ready to play on Saturday.

With three games remaining in the regular season South Georgia is focused on staying healthy to enter playoffs at full strength.

"I think the bye week helped us out a lot. I think we might come into this game a little banged up but if we get by this game I think we'll be just fine for the next two" said quarterback Darnell Kennedy.

"The guys know that with the injuries that have been happening to us they have to understand what's been going on so if we stay healthy and get our focus that off week may have helped us a little bit we should be ready this week" said head coach Rodney Blackshear.

With a win this weekend the Wildcats would clinch a spot in the playoffs. South Georgia will play host to Florida on Saturday. Kick off is at 7:30.
