Wednesday workers set up for the celebration.

Guests are asked to park at the Base's Main Gate on Fleming Road

The base promises more games for the kids, Miss Georgia, the Silver Knights Parachute Team from Ft. Benning, and the Marine Band leading up to the Fireworks show.

M.C.C.S. Marketing Director Edie Stratis said  "At dark, right as the band ends with the Stars and Stripes, we'll be shooting off our fireworks. And we do have more fireworks than we did last year."
