ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  An Albany woman has been charged with causing a crash that seriously injured a motorcylist Tuesday.  

67-year-old Carolyn Roberts is charged with failure to yield and causing serious injuries to a motorcyclist.

The motorcyclist, 39-year-old Dan Jenkins was headed north on Westover at Merdyth when Roberts turned into his path.

Jenkins, an Albany Tech instructor, is in fair condition.
