12-year-old LaQuinta Bowens was killed in that fire February 4th. 17-year-old Montilleto Camon bonded out of jail on a half million dollars last week.
Investigators say Camon and 20-year-old Antonio McCutchin used a Molotov Cocktail to set fire to Bowens' home.
Six people were inside at the time. Bowens' aunt was disfigured by the flames.
McCutchin remains in jail without bond.
