ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  A murder indictment reveals disturbing details about the killing of an elderly Albany woman.

88-year-old Mabel Berry was beaten to death with a large rock on West Highland last month. The woman accused of killing her is Tiffany Wise, who Berry helped while working at the Rescue Mission.

It states that once Wise killed Berry, she dragged her body to the backyard and covered her with a blanket. Berry was a Bible teacher and mentor at the Albany Rescue Mission, where Wise lived.

In another indictment, an Albany teenager is charged with text-messaging nude pictures of himself of a 15-year-old girl.

18-year-old Preston Lee Posey is charged with criminal attempt to commit enticing a child for indecent purposes. Prosecutors say Posey texted the nude photos in April and asked the girl to meet him at a park for sex.

The D. A. warns teens that such text messages are criminal.  "Any child that is doing this now needs to realize and understand don't do this," said Dougherty D. A. Greg Edwards. "Teenagers particularly, don't do it because it may wind up coming back at a time when you really wouldn't want to see it again."

If convicted, Posey could get up to ten years in prison.
