MITCHELL CO., GA (WALB) - Troopers say 26-year-old John Flint II of Pelham was on a Ninja motorcycle going west on Harmony Road after 11:30 Thursday night.
22-year-old Shelley West of Meigs was behind him in a Dodge Truck. When Flint slowed down to turn, West hit him.
Flint was thrown off his motorcycle and suffered a serious back injury. He is now in Archbold Hospital in good condition.
Both drivers were charged with DUI. West was also charged with following too closely.
