District Attorney gives ruling on police death case

Dougherty District Attorney Greg Edwards said today that his office will file no charges against ADDU officers who were involved in a drug bust that ended in the death of Clayton Lewis on Jnuary 20 on the Liberty Bypass.

Officials say Lewis drove off from a traffic stop with Drug Agent Mark Farley in the back seat, fighting over the keys, after officer Vy Chu was hit by Lewis' car at a traffic stop.

Farley fatally shot Lewis.
