ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A frustrated Albany businessman doesn't know what else he can do to protect the tenants in the building he owns.

Last week, burglars broke into one of the units at his South Slappey shopping complex.

Early Thursday morning they struck again. Chad Warbington owns the building.

He spent part of his afternoon replacing the back door at Clear Tone Communications. This is the fifth time in a year that burglars have struck here.

"What I'm doing is I'm just trying to be as public about it as I can, from talking to the chief, to the detective to everyone involved, and I left a message with my commissioner today, so I'm not idly standing by and letting this stuff kind of happen," said Chad Warbington, Property Owner.

Despite security lights and burglar bars, the crooks managed to break in and steal a play station and cell phones.

Warbington says repairs after each break-in cost him at least $500.
