ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Police Department about cleared up some confusion about the arrest of a 16-year-old gunshot victim, Jaquinte Stills.
Investigators say the teen was also shooting Tuesday night before last when he was wounded.
Jaquinte Stills was wounded in the leg about 1:00 AM Tuesday morning on South Madison.
Police announced Stills and two other men had been charged with aggravated assault in that shooting. Thursday morning there was confusion whether Stills was actually charged.
But now investigators say Stills also fired shots in the incident, and he was charged as a juvenile, and turned over to the custody of his family.
