    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police arrested two people in the shooting of a 16-year-old boy early Tuesday.

Police charged 36-year old James Green, and 21-year old Boctavius Clyde.

16-year old Jaquinte Stills told police he was shot in the leg by two men in a red Ford Pickup about 1:00 AM Tuesday while he walked on South Madison.

Investigators also charged Clyde with possession of a concealed weapon and obstruction of an officer.
