Calhoun County, GA (WALB) -  We have pictures to show you of a major marijuana bust in Calhoun County.

These are just some of the 320 pot plants authorities seized in and around a home at 8707 Rockmine Road near Arlington. Investigators say 55-year-old Frank Parks Davis Junior had been growing the plants behind his house.

Deputies also confiscated 15 packages of pot ready to sell, a mini-14 rifle, shot gun and handgun.

Sheriff Josh Hilton says an operation of this scale had likely been going on for years.  "We found 320 marijuana plants averaging different sizes, maybe up to a foot-and-half tall, in individual pots, right behind the house, growing in some weeds. It's a big operation. It had been going on a good while, it looks like."

Davis is being held in the Calhoun County jail where he faces manufacturing and firearms charges as well manufacturing charges out of Baker County.
