ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Georgia State Patrol Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team was in Lee County Monday to map a deadly motorcycle crash that happened last week.

Forty-seven year old David Sledge was killed when a woman pulled out in front of him. Forty year old Melanie Marie Woodley is charged with DUI/vehicular homicide.

Woodley told troopers she never saw Sledge's motorcycle when she turned in front of him along Ledo Road at Carmel Drive.

Mapping the scene will give the Georgia State Patrol a better idea of how fast the vehicles were traveling.
