Two arrested in Taco Bell robbery

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A former employee and an Albany teenager have been arrested for robbing the Albany Taco Bell at gunpoint in early May.  

23-year-old Rodriques Plant, a former employee of Taco Bell on Slappey Boulevard, admitted giving information and is charged with armed robbery. 18-year-old Randy Bryant Junior is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and armed robbery.  

May 2nd Investigators say the Taco Bell was robbed just after 10 Saturday morning by a masked man with a gun. He grabbed the bank deposit bag and ran out of the restaurant.

Police later found that bag not far from the scene, but the money was gone. Plant and Bryant are being held at the Dougherty County jail.
