Albany- After suffering from manic depression for thirteen years, author, Barbara Caldwell, says she hopes her new book will help others learn from her experience. Caldwell's book is called, "Thirty Days to Spiritual Enrichment." She held a book signing at the Christian Corner Bookstore Saturday.
Caldwell is originally from New Jersey. The book includes poems, Scriptures and thoughts that Caldwell says will help you overcome any obstacles you may face.
Caldwell also earned an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies from Grace Bible College in North Carolina.
