TIFTON, GA (WALB) - Tifton businesses are teaming up with a couple of NBC reality stars to get America healthy.

2008 Biggest Loser participants Phil and Amy Parham were in Tifton to kick off a 90 day fitness challenge.

Bell Plantation, the Tift County YMCA, and Kingdom Fitness are sponsoring the 90 day challenge.

On Saturday hundreds signed up at Tift County High, and got a mini check-up at the kick-off.

Phil and Amy said they just want to share with others the success they've seen.

"When I see these people that need to loose weight for their life and their health I get emotional about it, because I was them so I want them to feel what we're experiencing right now," said Amy Pelham, 'The Biggest Loser' contestant.

The reality couple lost 256 pounds on the TV Show.

Phil and Amy will return to Tifton for the 90 day challenge finale in late summer.
