Rams football hits the golf course

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The pressure was not as intense over at the Flint River Golf Course on Friday morning.

The course playing host to the annual Albany State football golf tournament.

Head coach Mike White says more than 50 players turned out for the tournament that helps the Rams football program run on the field every fall.

Mike White said. "Weights, scholarships, and books. It is important that we have this every year and we get some guys to come out and support us each year."

Coach White is hosting his youth football clinic on June 12-13th at Albany State.
