Albany --The Westover High School Girls head basketball coach has been arrested for marijuana possession, but he's back on the job.

 Lewis Smith was arrested November 11th after police found less than an ounce of marijuana on him. He accepted a five day suspension from his job without pay, which he served November 26th through December 5th. And he's now back at work.

 Smith is also on one year probation with the school system and has agreed to seek substance abuse treatment.

He was hired as a teacher with the Dougherty County schools in August 1986, and began his coaching career in 1987. He transferred from Albany High School to Westover in 1995.
