By Jim Wallace - bio | email

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - An argument during a South Albany cookout left one man hospitalized with stab wounds and another in jail charged with his attack.

20-year old Cutecuise Evans is in good condition Monday night at an Albany hospital.

Police say he was stabbed in the back with a knife about 10:15 last night in the 600 block of Willard Avenue.

Police charged 24-year old Joshua Harris.

Neighbors said Harris was arguing with other men during a cookout and charged them with a knife and that Evans, who was just walking down the road, was stabbed.
