ALBANY, GA (WALB) -A stolen classic car is still missing, but the suspected thief has been caught.

Two weeks ago, we introduced you to man upset after his prize 1973 Buick Riviera

was stolen.  His nephew is now charged with stealing it.

18 year old Chucky Ray Mathis, Junior of Sylvester is been charged with motor vehicle theft.

Dougherty County Police say he stole the car from a barn on Harris Road in late April. Jesse Mathis bought the distinctive Riviera with the boat tail in 1974, and was looking forward to fully restoring it.

Investigators say they don't know where the Buick is now and don't know if they will ever get it back to Mathis.
