Albany- An early morning accident in Decatur County leaves one man dead. Fifty-eight year old, William Howard Keaton of Bainbridge, was traveling South on Fowls Town Road around four this morning..when he ran a stop sign and hit a tree on the south side of Georgia 241. Investigators still don't know why Keaton hit the tree, but the Georgia crime lab will check to see if alcohol played a role.
