VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A Valdosta family is preparing to bury seven-year-old Ali Gillard, who was shot to death as he and his brother played with a gun.

Gillard was killed Monday night when his ten-year-old brother accidentally shot him.

Little Ali's funeral is tomorrow at 2:00 at Union Cathedral in Valdosta.

Police say the two boys found the gun, and bullets, in a closet in their home on Ponderosa Drive.

No charges have yet been made, and police say they will not charge the older brother.

Ali was a second grader at S.L. Mason Elementary School in Valdosta.
