ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A house fire in East Albany Friday afternoon appears to have been intentionally set.
Firefighters arrived at this house at 1010 East Residence Avenue around 1:15 PM. Clothing had been thrown out back and set on fire. That fire spread to the house.
Neighbors told investigators that people had been fighting at the home earlier in the day. They left the house just before neighbors called and reported the fire.
