ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Two teenagers were kidnapped at gunpoint and forced to give a man a ride to downtown Albany.

Police say 18-year old Brady Manley and 17 year old Miranda Dixon were parked on an isolated road at the Georgia Power Dam late Saturday night when a man with a gun knocked on their window.

Police say Guy Lee Dollar forced them to drive him to 11th Avenue and Monroe Street where he got out.

The teens called police and he was arrested nearby on 10th Avenue.

Dollar is charged with kidnapping and possesion of a gun during the commission of a crime.
