Investigators still don't know what killed a Lee County man two months ago.

40-year-old Charles Unruh was found dead alongside Kinchafoonee Creek Road October 13th. The case has not been ruled a homicide, and investigators won't make that call until all the forensics tests are in.

Major Geoff Smith says, "A lot of people are mislead watching TV programs where someone is in prison in one hour of the commission of the crime. People do not realize the actual time frame we do forensics testing stuff."

Charles Unruh and a friend left a party that Saturday night at his sister's house. Shortly after midnight, his body was found just a few blocks away.
